General Terms and Conditions

1. Work will only proceed upon receipt of signed approval of the quotation (signed during consultation).

2. The quotation of our fees and expenses for this project will remain valid for 30 days after consultation.

3. Disbursements in addition to the quotation will be charged at cost plus 20%.

4. Copyright of all work in progress is retained by Sparrow Graphic Design & Fine Art.

5. Copyright is retained in all commissioned photography.

6. Artwork, images and copy supplied by you, the client, will be your own responsibility. We will take no responsibility for copy write issues regarding such artwork, images and copy.

7. Commissioned photography, artwork, copy writing and stock photography are not included in the quotation unless stated otherwise.

8. Significant design concept changes are only accepted at the concept visual stage. Additional costs arising from subsequent departure from agreed design direction will be quoted and billed. Extra costs may also incur after the 2nd proofing stage, if more modifications are desired.

9. We do not charge for consultations, sourcing images and liaising with suppliers unless stated otherwise.

10. Domain registration and hosting costs are excluded from the quotation unless stated otherwise.

11. Payments must be made within 7 days of invoice.

12. Artwork will only be surrendered once payment has been received in total.

VIP Members Discount Cards

1. Not valid with any other offer/discount.

2. Can only use one discount at a time upon invoice.

3. Individual discounts can only be used once and cannot be re-used.

4. 10% off discount up to the value of $200 only.

Introductory Discount Cards

1. Not valid with any other offer/discount.

2. Discounts will only be valid for new clients referred by existing clients.

3. Discount valid as an introductory offer to new clients of Sparrow Graphic Design & Fine Art.

4. Discount only valid for stationery and four page HTML website packages. Additional costs may incur if modifications to current package deals are desired. Discount does not apply to Flash or CMS based websites.

5. Free brochure design is only valid if refered customer excepts quotation.

Direct Mail Flier (Voucher #:07001)

1. Not valid with any other offer/discount.

2. Free business cards are printed on selected paper stocks only (selected by Sparrow Graphic Design and Fine Art).

3. Offer only valid with the acceptance of a stationery package quotation.

4. Business cards cannot be redeemed for cash or package discount.
